The Compass Housing Alliance Center (owned and operated by Compass Housing Alliance), is five stories of affordable, permanent housing, where individuals can gain and sustain their bearings. |

The Compass Housing Apartments at Gethsemane will provide 50 units
of permanent affordable housing. |
| |
|
|
The apartments will provide housing for individuals and families with incomes
that are below 30%, 50% and 60% of the King County Area Median Income. |

The apartments will be targeted to low-income downtown workers who need
safe, decent affordable housing that is in close proximity to jobs, services and
amenities. Ten units will also be available for individuals who are homeless, some
of whom will be Mary’s Place clients, and ten units will be available for people
with disabilities. |

The apartments will be a beautiful new housing option for people who are
typically priced out of downtown Seattle apartments. |

Funding for the project has been provided by: Impact Capital, the City of Seattle
Office of Housing, King County Developmental Disabilities Division, Washington
State Housing Trust Fund, and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program of
the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. |
