Office Administrative Assistant To the PastorMeaningful job in the heart of Seattle
- Job Description
- Provide administrative, publishing, and secretarial support for the Pastor, Staff, Council, and Congregation. The position includes three main activities - management of the office; desktop publishing and website coordination; secretarial support for Pastor.
- Requirements
- Experience required in directing activities including office operations. Experience on PCs, regular use of email, and familiarity with MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, and PowerPoint) and Adobe publishing software is desired.
- Position Details:

40 hours a week. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. Salary is $31,000 - $35,000, DOE. Paid benefits include medical, pension IRA, vacation.
