Gentle Hatha Yoga

 

Mondays from 5:15 - 6:20pm


Start your week with this gentle, stress-reducing yoga class. Mindful awareness is encouraged throughout the practice. There is no cost, but if you earn a living wage or have adequate savings you are invited to make an offering to support the Garden. Mats, blankets, blocks and straps are provided. Wear clothes in which you can easily move and stretch. We do not meet on national holidays, and we take an occasional Monday off when the instructor is out of town.
